With the increase in our business volume our technical IT Technician felt it was time to replace our server to cope with the levels going through the network. Our technician purchased the server system and subsequently attempted to connect it up with little success. I was referred to APF Solutions through a recent mutual client; within 24 hours of our original query he arrived at our offices to resolve the issue. The server was successfully added to the network with several modifications to improve its speed and subsequent security improvements. We also benefit from the ability to access Webmail and the file services remotely using VPN.
We have received fantastic service from APF Solutions and the support after the original installation has been without question the best we have ever received, even down to them being aware we had experienced a power cut before we were!

I’m compelled to write and thank you for all the assistance your company has given me since December 2006.
As you know, I was underpowered with my 7 year old laptop, and trying to operate my business without the skills or equipment to be efficient. Immediately I found your service, you provided me with a cost-effective and frankly brilliant laptop and software, and generous support and advice. Particularly as I had such limited computer skills.
Since engaging your services, I’ve learnt to build my own website, take advantage of the management system that Outlook and synchronised PDA offer, and numerous benefits for communicating via computers in my business and social lives. You helped me above and beyond the call of duty, at times when real business people are working, but your usual computer firms are not!
So thank-you for your services so far. It does not end there. Now I need a desktop computer, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else (even though I now live in Australia – thanks to remote assistance from APF-Solutions). And after your demo of a media centre, I intend to buy one from you for Christmas.

You have allowed me to have a holiday for the first time in 4 years!! I cannot thank you enough.
I am now happily enjoying CCTV coverage with remote monitoring, staff are accessing up to date information on our new intranet, we have added an online shop to our internet site, not to mention myspace and other internet advertising campaigns. The biggest 'wow' was generating a salon domain so that all sites could access the same information simultaneously. Placing the servers, desktops, routers etc couldn't have gone more smoothly.
Our next project is a high tech training centre in the newly acquired Milton Keynes Salon with which we would love to add the media centre you demonstrated.... can I please book a January installation??
